Our Sewi Bar & Social Club welcomes you from 12:00pm to 23:00pm everyday.

Bathrobes

Bathrobes as well as slippers are at your disposal during your stay.

Bike room

Our bike room is located in the underground and you are welcome to leave your bikes there. You can open the bike room with your room key.

Check-in/-out

We kindly ask you to leave your room before 11:00 am on the day of departure so that it can be made available to the new arrival before 3:00 pm.

Children

In the basement there is a game room for the little ones and a mini cinema.  

Dogs

Dogs are welcome in our hotel, but they must be announced at the time of booking. A fee of CHF 25.- per dog per night is charged. Max. 1 dog per room. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurants, bar and wellness area.

Hygiene

Have you forgotten your toothbrush, toothpaste, razor or other hygiene products? We have a small selection for you at reception.

Insurance

The hotel declines all responsibility in case of theft, parking damage, ski damage and accidents.

Internet

Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel. You can connect to "Valaisia-Guest" without password.

Key

The main door and the garage door are closed between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am. Please take your key with you if you return to the hotel after 11:00 pm.

Luggage transport

If you are travelling by public transport, you can use the SBB luggage transport service.

Massages

Discover our selection of treatments and book direclty at the spa.

Payment

You can pay your room bill before 11.00 pm the night before departure or from 7.00 am on the day of departure. We accept cash (CHF and EUR), Postcard, Mastercard and Visa. You can also pay a maximum of 50% of your hotel bill with Reka cheques.

We are at your disposal every day from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm.

In the wardrobe you will find a safe for valuables. We kindly ask you to keep valuables of any kind in the safe.

Ski

The easiest way to reach the slopes is to walk 150 meters to the Montana gondola.

Ski room

Our ski room is located in the underground and you are welcome to leave your skis, snowboards and boots there. You can open the ski room with your room key.

Smoking

Our entire establishment is smoke-free. We therefore recommend that smokers reserve a room with a balcony. Ashtrays are located in front of the main entrance where you are welcome to enjoy your cigarette. We charge a cleaning fee of CHF 250.- for the cleaning of a room where someone has smoked.
